We loved eating here. We stopped in Grants on our way to the Grand Canyon. Pizza was great!!. Prices were awesome too. So glad we skipped Sonic to go here! The place is vintage but has friendly people and good food. They even have an old Slush Puppy machine, if you like those. We fed our family of 5 (with two teenagers) for $40. Everyone was full and we had leftovers. I suggest a pepperoni with green chilis!
IMHO - best pizza in Grants NM. Service good - delivered in 1/2 hr. Ambiance SURF SHACK-Y - think surfboards, beach, sharks! (Jk) Kids zone available for parties etc...

We stayed in Grants on the way back home from vacation. We came across Surf Shack Pizza on YELP and Trip Advisors.....good ratings. We ordered a 4 topping Jumbo for less than $20 and it was Waaay better than most other pizzas at $30+. Great crust, sauce and toppings. I called ahead and picked it up. The staff was very friendly and the pizza came out less than a minute after I walked in. If you are in the area, give them a try. You will not be disappointed!
Good food and fast delivery, all in the middle of nowhere New Mexico?! (sorry locals, don't hate me...I'm passing through and it's shows) We ordered a large thin crust pizza, chef salad & 6pc. wings. The food was delivered hot & fresh. Pizza was really good! Perfect amount of sauce, crust was crispy and it was loaded with toppings. The wings were kind of sauce-less, but tasty none the less! And the salad really impressed. We were only expecting just basic iceberg & deli meat but it was loaded with veggies and came with tons of extra dressing. We're looking forward devouring to the leftover pizza later too! Oh, and our total with tip was $30. Can't beat that!!
Pros: 1. know and love the owner as one of the friendliest people I have ever met so no question she makes it five stars! 2. Pizza had the most actual veggies I have ever had on a pizza x5!!!!! 3. Has my beloved five star rewards program! Cons: 1. Some staff could be a little more accommodating. 2. Maybe a higher reward with less cost coupon system for the arcade would make it more fun for smaller children.
